A song in the winds
In a small town I left
For big city dreams.
Now, I rub stinging eyes
To see lyrics float
In the foul smoke!

Trolled into Silence

Screaming into the voidLike lunatics caged, gaggedMuzzled emotions, numbedTrolled for spoken wordsSounds buried in the headSane voices, now long deadVictim to resounding fear! Strawberries

Like strawberries crushedTo sweeten marmaladeA heart painedIs shred to bitsBitter sweet memoriesRuddy peels in jelly mushSitting still in fragile jarsLingering fragranceMyriad flavors on the lipsFingers now sticky withSoulful tales to spread!

Marionettes

Even in the blazing summerThe world has frozen overSplattered with bloodOf swindled innocentsLoss of generationsUnconsoled lamentationsOur souls so coldHearts so numb; When Gods are at warMen matter no more?Just marionettes, pettyIn the playbook of destiny!
