When you crush voices
What becomes of them
Do they lie by the curb
Wallowing in the dust
Or deep down they bury
Mired in shame and fury?
Will these seeds of valor
Unheard passion and power
Erupt from the ground
Spread and abound
In each corner and nook
As far as you can look.
Voices become words
Inspiring the herds
To listen and realize
There is always a price
When rulers don’t hear
When they only instill fear!
From the bosom of Earth
Rise war cries unheard
Of warriors and tribes
With the destiny to rewrite
Gory tales of oppression
To end years of suppression!
So it is across the aeons
Worlds fooled by charlatans
Will one day see the light;
Words are then mobilized
To break fetters of the mind
Rise and liberate mankind!
